Roles and Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for the precast factory.
- Oversee the quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Lead and manage a team of quality inspectors and technicians, providing guidance and training as required.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure effective documentation and record-keeping of quality metrics, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
- Participate in the development and review of project quality plans and risk assessments.
- Facilitate internal and external quality audits, addressing findings and implementing preventive measures.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to enhance quality processes.
- Act as a quality advocate, promoting a culture of quality consciousness and accountability across the organization.
- Give necessary training for shop floor people to implement and control the process changes.
- Interface with production team and internal customer to resolve the quality issues.
