Proven track record in Quality Assurance and Quality Management

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for the precast factory.
  • Oversee the quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality inspectors and technicians, providing guidance and training as required.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective documentation and record-keeping of quality metrics, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
  • Participate in the development and review of project quality plans and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate internal and external quality audits, addressing findings and implementing preventive measures.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to enhance quality processes.
  • Act as a quality advocate, promoting a culture of quality consciousness and accountability across the organization.
  • Give necessary training for shop floor people to implement and control the process changes.
  • Interface with production team and internal customer to resolve the quality issues.
