As a Transportation Specialist, monitored and managed inbound and outbound shipments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. Provided end-to-end shipment support from booking to final delivery while coordinating with Market Operations, Supply Chain teams, and Logistics Service Providers. Managed shipment exceptions, improved delivery accuracy, and resolved operational escalations efficiently.

You have:
- Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Supports delivery execution and exception management in daily transportation issues by standard Snowdon reports where source data is OTM (Oracle Transport Management)
- OTM shipment planning support to shippers in case shipment creation fails (missing rate, location, etc.)

Manage all NI logistics transport related request via JIRA ticketing tool.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Supports development and management of economical and efficient transportation services of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintains and develops logistics partners / supplier's network. Supports contract negotiations with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs).
- Develops the profitable and efficient transportation processes from suppliers to HUB and from HUB to customers.
- Supports customer delivery matrix decision-making, Creates and maintains different transportation service levels for customers.
- Monitored daily transportation activities and managed shipment exceptions using Snowdon reports and OTM data.
- Coordinated daily and weekly follow-up calls with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to address potential shipment delays.
- Supported shipment planning in Oracle Transport Management (OTM) by resolving shipment creation issues.
- Managed logistics-related requests and issue tracking through the JIRA ticketing system.
- Assisted in implementing effective logistics processes aligned with transportation strategies.
- Supported the development of cost-effective and efficient inbound and outbound transportation services.
- Maintained strong relationships with logistics partners and supported LSP contract negotiations.
- Improved transportation processes, customer delivery service levels, and operational decision-making.
