Role Overview

Act as an extension of founders - pick up whatever is high priority for the company and

own it

First Priority Project - Own P&L and growth metrics for a business unit

Manage multiple teams incl Sales, Customer Success, Demand Gen, Support and

deliver quarterly outcomes

Identify priorities, decide action plans, and execute them effectively both independently

and in collaboration with different teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

At least 5 years of experience, with at least 1+ year exposure to B2B sales.

Ex-Founder is a HUGE plus

Problem-solving ninja with the ability to adapt and thrive when faced with new

challenges.

Highly analytical and comfortable with data analytics. Not afraid to jump into Excel and AI

workflows.

Setting high-performance standards and moving people to achieve them.
