Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Native Development)

We are not looking for a traditional developer who just moves data from a database to a UI screen. We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Native Development) who wants to build software the modern way.

In this role, you will build and scale our web applications using Node.js, Express, and React, while actively integrating autonomous AI agents into our product workflows.

\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nEnd-to-End Feature Delivery\n\n

Own features from pixels to production - building modular UIs in React and scalable backend services in Node.js/Express.

\n\nBuild Agentic Infrastructure\n\n

Design and implement tool-calling structures, API endpoints, and system contexts that allow AI agents to interact with external business systems autonomously.

\n\nArchitect Human-in-the-Loop Experiences\n\n

Develop highly responsive React interfaces (such as real-time streaming states and approval dashboards) that allow users to monitor, guide, and safely oversee AI actions.

\n\nOptimize Developer Velocity\n\n

Actively leverage AI-native development environments (such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, or other LLM-powered tools) to ship high-quality features faster than traditional workflows allow.

\n\nWho You Are\n\nIdeal Experience (3-4 Years)\n\n

You have moved beyond junior-level oversight and can comfortably architect database models, backend services, API integrations, and frontend state management independently.

\n\nStrong Core Stack Proficiency\n\n

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and React, with the ability to independently design and deliver production-grade features.

\n\nDatabase Design\n\n

Experience designing relational database schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and building scalable APIs.

\n\nAn Agentic Mindset\n\n

You understand (or are deeply eager to master) how LLMs interact with APIs, function calling, state orchestration, RAG systems, agent workflows, and emerging protocols such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

\n\nRelentless Curiosity\n\n

The technology landscape changes weekly. Your most valuable skill is your ability to quickly read documentation, adapt to new AI tooling, and learn on the fly.

\n\nDeveloper Operations\n\n

Familiarity with Docker, Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments is a plus.
