Renewals Associate
Job Description
This position is target-driven and requires a balance of sales focus and customer service excellence to maximise renewal collections and customer satisfaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nTrack and manage subscription renewals to ensure timely course continuation.\nProactively send renewal reminders and follow up with customers through outbound calls.\nEngage in outbound telecalling to drive on-time renewals and minimise churn.\nAssist existing customers with course upgrades and cross-sell opportunities.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of current and prospective clients.\nAchieve and exceed assigned renewal collection targets and sales KPIs.\nConsistently meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales targets.\nDevelop in-depth knowledge of courses to effectively address customer queries.\nEngage customers through multiple touchpoints, including welcome calls, service calls, feedback calls, and renewal calls.\nBuild and nurture long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional after-sales support.\n\nQualifications & Skills:\n\nBachelor's degree from a reputed institution\n1+ years of experience in project management or related fields.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.\nCreative and customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.\n\nWork Environment:\nBe part of a leading, fast-paced startup with an interactive, enthusiastic culture and flexible working hours.\nTake ownership of projects while contributing creative ideas, critical thinking, and constructive feedback.\nGain leadership and continuous learning opportunities through exposure to diverse stakeholders across levels.\nWork closely with senior management, offering accelerated career growth and meaningful professional exposure
