Our culture is high-performance, high reward, and high impact - with “respect for individual” as a core value.\nFor more information explore our website, www.enerdyne.in\nWhat you’ll do\nAs a member of our Supply Chain team, you’ll be at the heart of our growth engine.\nSupply Chain Operations: Lead end-to-end operations across Supply Chain, Import Procurement, Production Planning & Control (PPC), Inventory Management, Logistics, and Customer Fulfilment to ensure seamless business performance.\nStrategic Procurement & Vendor Management: Drive strategic sourcing and import procurement by managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, international logistics, compliance requirements, and cost optimization initiatives.\nOptimize Inventory & Material Planning: Oversee demand planning, material planning, and PPC activities to ensure optimal inventory levels, efficient production scheduling, and uninterrupted supply to customers.\nCustomer & Operational Excellence: Manage customer-facing operations by ensuring timely order execution, proactive communication, service excellence, and effective resolution of customer queries / escalations and other operational and supply chain issues.\nProcess Improvement: Operational excellence through process improvements, ERP-driven planning, performance analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency, visibility, and profitability.\nWho you are\nStrong technical foundation & Relevant experience:\nCandidates should have degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management, with 15–20 years of experience in manufacturing operations. Deep expertise in supply chain management, import procurement, vendor development, inventory control, and PPC is essential.\nProven Leadership & Execution\nYou must have a strong track record of leading cross-functional operations teams, driving cost optimization, improving service levels, and ensuring uninterrupted material availability to support production and business growth.\nProduction Planning & Procurement Excellence\nYou should be experienced in demand forecasting, capacity planning, production scheduling, import logistics, supplier management, and inventory optimization.
