About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and customer-focused professional to join our growing team as Senior Manager – Strategic Accounts. This role will focus exclusively on managing and growing relationships with Enterprise Customers within the Data Center and Colocation ecosystem.
The ideal candidate should come with a strong consultative and strategic accounts background, coupled with experience in enterprise infrastructure, digital infrastructure, colocation, or data center environments.
This is a high-impact role involving engagement with large enterprises, CXOs, infrastructure leaders, and strategic stakeholders across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across India
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers and key decision-makers
- Drive consultative customer engagements around Data Center and Colocation solutions
- Identify business opportunities within existing and new enterprise accounts
- Understand customer infrastructure, cloud, AI, and digital transformation requirements
- Work closely with internal leadership, commercial, solutioning, and operations teams to drive customer success
- Lead strategic account planning and revenue growth initiatives
- Support complex enterprise deal discussions and commercial negotiations
- Maintain strong understanding of market trends within Data Centers, Colocation, Cloud, and Digital Infrastructure
- Travel across India for customer meetings, strategic discussions, and business development activities
Preferred Profile
- 8–15 years of experience in Strategic Accounts / Enterprise Business / Consultative Sales
- Strong exposure to Enterprise Customers in Data Center or Colocation businesses
- Prior experience in consultative, advisory, enterprise infrastructure, or strategic customer-facing roles
- Strong understanding of Data Center, Colocation, Cloud, or Digital Infrastructure ecosystems
- Experience handling large enterprise accounts and multi-stakeholder engagements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
