Our team is tight knit young and energized to incorporate the most ambitious designs .\n\nAbout the job\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager who brings maturity, leadership, and the ability to effectively handle and guide a team of energetic, young creative professionals.\nThe ideal candidate will seamlessly balance seasoned judgment with the dynamic energy of a young studio environment, fostering collaboration while maintaining high design standards.\nDay-to-day tasks include designing, planning, coordinating with other professionals, and ensuring that all architectural work meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.\nKey Attributes & Responsibilities :\nLead and mentor a team of young, creative designers, channeling their energy into meaningful, high-quality outputs\nDemonstrate a strong design sensibility with a deep understanding of spatial planning and functionality\nCombine creativity with practical knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and execution\nOversee and refine details related to finishes, lighting, furniture, and overall design coherence\nEnsure design intent is maintained from concept through execution\nBring structure, discipline, and clarity to the design process\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nA seasoned professional with substantial experience in architectural/interior design\nStrong leadership and team management skills\nAbility to bridge creative vision with practical implementation\nExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence\n\nQualifications\n· 15-25 years of experience in the architectural design\nProficiency in Architectural Design and Construction Drawings\n· Experience in Design Management and Architecture\n· Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients\n· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\n· Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field\n· Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru\n· Experience in commercial and residential projects is a plus\n· Proficient in AutoCAD , Photoshop , Sketchup, Revit ,Vray, Detailing drawing, BOQ,\nAmar S\nHR Team\n9880200262\nIt is paid
