Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Dehradun. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations and demos, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable AI-driven solutions. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client requirements, track sales performance, prepare reports, and support the development of sales strategies and campaigns. Day-to-day activities also include handling customer inquiries, providing follow-up support, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship building.
  • Demonstrated Sales experience, including prospecting, lead qualification, presentations, and closing deals.
  • Experience in Training customers or team members on products, features, or processes.
  • Exposure to Sales Management activities such as pipeline tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting is an advantage.
  • Comfort working in a target-driven environment with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of technology or AI-based solutions, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
