Customer Success Executive

Infurnia is hiring Customer Success Executives to own client relationships end-to-end — from onboarding kickoff through sustained, independent adoption. Infurnia is a cloud-native design-to-manufacturing platform for the interior design industry, covering 2D/3D design, rendering, quotations, and manufacturing outputs (cutlists, CNC files, panel labels) in a single browser-based tool.\nThis is a high-ownership role. You'll be the primary face of Infurnia for clients, getting each one to the point where they're producing real designs, quotations, and production outputs on Infurnia on their own.\n\nResponsibilities\nOnboard and train new clients through role-specific sessions for both customer-facing and production-facing designers.\nDrive go-lives across our five modules — Design, Render, Presentation, Pricing, and Production — including the catalog setup and production configuration.\nDiagnose what's stalling adoption: training cadence, client engagement, product gaps, or a mix — and drive it to resolution.\nCoordinate across client stakeholders: designers, pricing leads, factory managers, and founders.\nTrack daily and weekly usage; surface risk early and intervene before drop-off.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree with a strong academic record.\n2–4 years in the modular design industry in a customer-facing design role.
