Think of yourself as the “Account Manager meets Relationship Architect.”

This isn’t your typical back-office role. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to own relationships, lead conversations, and grow with a fast-paced health-fintech company.


Who You Are

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in client servicing, key account management, corporate sales, digital marketing, SaaS, corporate insurance, or hospitality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You’re empathetic , detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks like a pro.
  • You’re a natural at building relationships , love solving problems, and can thrive in ambiguity.
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail (G-Suite).
  • Open to travel for client meetings and events.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to person for our corporate clients — from onboarding to day-to-day queries.
  • Build long-lasting relationships and delight clients with proactive support.
  • Train and guide client HR teams and employees on using QubeHealth’s platform.
  • Track usage, gather feedback, and work closely with product, ops, and sales to deliver value.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and help expand our footprint within existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure high satisfaction levels at every touchpoint.
