Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical candidate with 2+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking operations, or financial services. The ideal candidate will support capital market transactions, conduct financial analysis, prepare client deliverables, and assist in deal execution while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support debt and equity capital market transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, bond issuances, and private placements.
• Perform financial analysis, valuation, and market research to support transaction execution and client engagements.
• Prepare pitch books, presentations, financial models, and transaction-related documentation.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and capital market activities to identify business opportunities.
• Assist in due diligence processes and coordinate with internal teams, legal advisors, and external stakeholders.
• Analyze financial statements, company performance, and market data to support investment recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal control procedures.
• Support deal execution activities, including transaction processing, reporting, and post-deal analysis.
