Tech Lead

We are hiring a "Tech Lead" with strong expertise in modern web technologies and experience leading customer-facing projects.

The ideal candidate should be capable of driving technical discussions, collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring teams, and delivering scalable enterprise applications.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in JavaScript-based web development.

• Strong hands-on experience in React.js or Angular.

• Strong experience in Python and Node.js (Express).

• Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.

• Strong understanding of responsive and high-performance web application development.

• Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, Stored Procedures, and Triggers.

• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, and Elasticsearch.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with Linux environments, performance tuning, and application scalability.

• Exposure to AI technologies and AI developer productivity tools is preferred.

• Experience leading teams and delivering projects in a fast-paced environment.
