We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Overseas Education Counsellor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.
• Understand student profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, and programs.
• Conduct detailed consultations and career guidance sessions.
• Guide students through the admission process, documentation, application submissions, and offer acceptance.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain a healthy conversion ratio.
• Coordinate with university partners and internal admissions teams.
• Assist students with visa documentation and pre-departure requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and regularly update student progress.
• Participate in seminars, education fairs, webinars, and promotional events.
• Achieve monthly counselling, application, and enrollment targets.
Requirements
Essential
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling, sales, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to understand student needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
Preferred
• Experience in overseas education counselling, admissions, or student recruitment.
• Experience in consultative sales, banking, insurance, education, hospitality, or other high-value service sales.
• Familiarity with study destinations such as the UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Europe, or the USA.
