Fashion Consultant/Assistant Sales Executive SHYAMAL & BHUMIKA, Ahmedabad,Gujarat

We're seeking a sales-driven Fashion Consultant/Client Service Executive(MENSWEAR) to join our In-Store Sales team. This position is open to freshers who are passionate about fashion and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the client's requirements.

• Advising clients on different designers' collections, color options, styles, and fabrics that will suit their preferences, body type, price range, as well as the occasion they're dressing for.

• Selling merchandise and processing customized orders.

• Generating and pursuing leads to expand the client base.

• Following up with clients via phone or email and addressing their requests and questions.

• Coordinating with the production team to ensure timely order completion.

• Work collaboratively with the visual merchandising team and create appealing store displays.

• Willingness to assist and support the senior sales team.

Requirements:

• Passion for sales and customer service.

• Proficiency in WhatsApp and MS Office.

• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Strong networking and social media skills.
