PR Executive Job Description
Reports To: Senior Executive / Manager

1. Media Relations & Outreach
- Identify relevant media, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders for client mandates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts.
- Assist in media outreach for press releases, interviews, features, and story placements.
- Track media opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups.
2. Content Development & Documentation
- Support in creating client presentations and internal documents.
- Ensure all communication materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, briefing notes, reports, agendas, and other communication materials.
3. Client Servicing & Execution
- Support day-to-day management of client accounts and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns, events, and communication plans.
- Ensure timelines are met and deliverables are executed efficiently.
- Assist in managing client requests and maintaining smooth communication.
4. Campaign Coordination & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain coverage trackers.
- Prepare media monitoring reports, campaign summaries, and competitive analysis reports.
- Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns, launches, media events, and activations.
5. Industry Awareness & Professional Development
- Proactively identify relevant opportunities for clients.
- Demonstrate curiosity, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Stay updated on media trends, industry news, and client sectors.

- 1–2 years of experience in PR, communications, media relations, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
