Role Summary
We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of client projects. You will work closely with Delivery Leads, Project Managers, cross-functional teams, and client stakeholders to drive project governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, project reporting, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while driving mitigation plans and follow-ups.
- Facilitate project meetings, governance reviews, status updates, and action-item tracking.
- Support resource planning, utilization tracking, budgeting, and project reporting activities.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, project governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Maintain effective stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Project Coordination, or Delivery Management roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder management, budgeting, and project reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT Services, Consulting, Data, Cloud, Analytics, or Digital Transformation projects.
- Exposure to Data Management, MDM, Data Integration, Cloud, or Analytics projects is preferred.
- Client-facing experience and exposure to project governance activities.
- PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
