About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional to lead our digital presence across all online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming the organization's website into a modern, user-friendly, technology-driven platform that stands out from competitor websites and significantly enhances user engagement.

The role will also oversee content strategy and brand communication across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Website Strategy & Management

  • Own and manage the complete content ecosystem of the company website.
  • Continuously benchmark competitor websites and implement best practices to ensure a superior user experience.
  • Improve website design, navigation, content flow, and user engagement metrics.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to enhance website functionality and aesthetics.
  • Ensure the website remains modern, mobile-responsive, SEO-friendly, and aligned with current digital trends.
  • Analyze user behavior through tools such as Google Analytics and recommend improvements.
  • Regularly update website content, landing pages, blogs, success stories, faculty profiles, and program information.

Content Development & Brand Communication

  • Develop compelling content strategies to increase website traffic and audience engagement.
  • Create and oversee high-quality content including articles, blogs, newsletters, videos, student success stories, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and optimize content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and execute social media calendars and campaigns.
  • Increase follower engagement, reach, and brand visibility through innovative content initiatives.
  • Monitor trends and create timely, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for content creation and approvals.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Drive SEO, content marketing, and organic growth initiatives.
  • Monitor website and social media performance metrics.
  • Generate actionable insights and reports to improve digital performance.
  • Recommend and implement new digital tools, AI-powered solutions, and marketing technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Journalism, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in website management, content strategy, digital marketing, or brand management.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, SEO, website analytics, and content management systems (WordPress or similar).
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and content campaigns.
  • Excellent content writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with AI content tools, marketing automation platforms, and digital analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
