The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in video editing and motion graphics, along with a keen interest in using AI-powered tools to enhance video production and visual storytelling. This role is ideal for professionals who want to grow in a fast-paced, AI-driven creative environment\n\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nVideo Editing:\nEdit and assemble high-quality videos from raw footage in line with creative briefs and brand guidelines.\nOptimize videos for multiple platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Reels, and Shorts.\nHandle different video formats, resolutions, and codecs efficiently.\nCollaborate with content creators, designers, and producers to execute creative concepts.\n\nMotion Graphics & Visual Design:\nDesign and animate motion graphics, titles, lower-thirds, infographics, and basic visual effects.\nSupport storytelling through clean and engaging motion design.\nMaintain visual consistency across projects and follow established brand styles.\n\nAI Tools & Workflow:\nUse AI-based tools such as Midjourney, Kling, VEO3, Runway, or similar platforms for image generation, video enhancement, and creative experimentation.\nAssist in integrating AI tools into editing and motion graphics workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.\nStay updated with emerging AI trends in video and motion design.\n\nCollaboration & Execution:\nWork closely with senior editors, motion designers, and creative leads.\nTake feedback positively and implement revisions efficiently.\nContribute ideas during brainstorming and creative discussions.\n\nProject Management:\nManage assigned tasks across multiple projects while meeting timelines.\nEnsure timely delivery of edits and motion assets with attention to detail.\n\nDesired Skills & Qualifications:\nExperience:\n1–5 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.\nPortfolio showcasing video edits and motion graphics work.\n\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.\nExpertise in of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animations.\nHands-on experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Kling, VEO3, Runway, Nano banana or similar platforms.\n\nCreative Skills:\nUnderstanding of visual composition, pacing, color correction, and storytelling.\nAbility to translate concepts into engaging visual content.\n\nCommunication:\nGood communication and collaboration\nskills.\nAbility to understand feedback and improve output accordingly.\n\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Film, Animation, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nGood to Have:\nExperience in Ed-Tech or digital-first content production.\nInterest in AI-driven creative workflows.
