What will you be doing as an SAP Integration (CPI) Consultant @ delaware India?
As an SAP Integration Consultant, you will lead and participate in requirements gathering from clients, recommending and designing solutions, configuring settings, and conducting testing.
As a member of our global functional team, you will play a crucial role in solutioning, conducting assessments, participating in design workshops, reviewing, and documenting specifications, and development and delivery of across multiple platforms.
As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to continuously enhance your skills by staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends. This commitment to ongoing learning ensures that you can provide. the most innovative and effective solutions to our clients.
We are looking for following skills in our new colleague.
- Support integrations between SAP S/4HANA EAM and external systems such as GIS, SCADA, enterprise service buses, and third-party asset systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces using SAP tools including IDocs, APIs, web services, CPI, and middleware platforms.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure accurate data flow across systems.
- Support master data and transactional data synchronization for assets, work orders, and notifications.
- Assist in interface testing, error handling, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
- Document integration flows, mapping specifications, and interface monitoring procedures.
- Ensure integration processes align with utility and industry standards.
- Experience in providing support including troubleshooting issues, resolving user problems, and performing system enhancements.
- Experience in analysing and understanding the existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in End user training, System testing and Quality assurance activities
- Flexible to work in Implementation and AMS projects
- Willingness to cross-train, upskill, and collaborate with team members
