Job Title: QA Automation Engineer – C# / BDD Framework\nExperience: 5+ Years(Immediate Joiners Only)\nLocation: Pune\nEmployment Type: Full-time\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in C#, BDD frameworks (Reqnroll/SpecFlow or equivalent), and test automation practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing test cases, maintaining automation frameworks, and supporting CI/CD testing processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios for functional and regression testing.\nDesign, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using C# and BDD frameworks (Reqnroll / SpecFlow or equivalent).\nDevelop and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and end-to-end workflows.\nWork on automation framework enhancements and maintenance to improve scalability and reliability.\nManage and support ADO CI/CD pipeline execution and maintenance for automated testing.\nInvestigate defects, analyze root causes, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.\nParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to quality engineering practices.\nEnsure proper test coverage, reporting, and documentation throughout the testing lifecycle.\n\nRequired Skills\nStrong hands-on experience in C# automation development.\nExpertise in BDD frameworks such as Reqnroll, SpecFlow, or equivalent.\nExperience in test case creation and execution.\nStrong knowledge of automation framework design and maintenance.\nExperience with Azure DevOps (ADO) CI/CD pipeline maintenance.\nGood analytical, investigation, and debugging skills.\nUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nGood to Have\nExperience with API testing and integration testing.\nExposure to CI/CD automation best practices.\nFamiliarity with Git or version control systems.\nKnowledge of SQL or database validation.
