Lead Structural Design Engineer

Job Description\nSenior Structural Design Engineer / Lead Structural Engineer\nWe are seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in analysis and design of steel and reinforced concrete structures for industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, power, infrastructure, or commercial projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform structural analysis and design of steel and RCC structures.\nPrepare and review structural calculations, design reports, and engineering deliverables.\nDesign industrial structures such as pipe racks, equipment support structures, platforms, warehouses, process buildings, and foundations.\nPerform static and dynamic foundation design.\nReview fabrication drawings, vendor documents, and connection designs.\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams including process, piping, mechanical, and civil engineers.\nEnsure compliance with relevant international and local design codes.\nParticipate in FEED, detailed engineering, and EPC project phases.\nSupport project execution through technical clarifications and design reviews.\nMentor junior engineers and ensure quality engineering output.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.\n10+ years of experience in structural design engineering.\nStrong experience in steel structure design and RCC design.\nExperience in industrial projects, oil & gas, petrochemical, power, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors.\nHands-on experience with:\nSTAAD.Pro\nETABS\nSAFE\nSAP2000\nAutoCAD\nKnowledge of Indian and international codes:\nIS Codes\nAISC\nASCE\nEurocodes\nDNV / NORSOK (preferred)\nPreferred Skills\nConnection design using IDEA StatiCa or RAM Connection.\nModular structure design.\nPipe rack and equipment support design.\nDynamic foundation design.\nFEED and EPC project experience.\nTeam leadership and project coordination.\nLocation\nHyderabad\nExperience\n10–18 Years\nEmployment Type\nFull Time
