2D Graphic Designer - Print & Adaptation

About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D Graphic Designer with strong expertise in print production, artwork adaptation, and pre-press file preparation. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating visually compelling designs while ensuring artwork is production-ready across various print formats and marketing collateral.\nKey Responsibilities Design and develop creative artwork for print and digital applications.\nAdapt existing creative concepts into multiple sizes, formats, and languages while maintaining brand consistency.\nPrepare accurate print-ready files according to production specifications.\nWork on a wide range of materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, standees, packaging, event branding, point-of-sale materials, and promotional collateral.\nCoordinate with internal teams and printing vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects.\nCheck artwork for technical accuracy, color consistency, bleed, crop marks, resolution, and print specifications.\nEnsure all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.\nMaintain organized file structures and artwork archives for future use.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an advertising agency, print production house, event management company, or branding agency.\nStrong proficiency in:\nAdobe Illustrator\nAdobe Photoshop\nCorelDRAW\nGood understanding of:\nPrint production processes\nPre-press and print-ready artwork preparation\nColor management (CMYK, Pantone, RGB)\nLarge-format printing specifications\nTypography and layout design\nAbility to adapt designs across multiple formats and dimensions.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nGood communication and time management skills.\nAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
