Job Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow Now Assist Expert with strong hands-on experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Now Assist (Generative AI capabilities) and deep functional and technical knowledge of HRSD modules, case management, knowledge management, and employee service automation. This role requires collaboration with HR stakeholders, platform architects, and developers to enable intelligent automation, AI-driven knowledge delivery, and enhanced employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Now Assist capabilities within ServiceNow HRSD, including AI-assisted case summarization, knowledge generation, and conversational experiences.
- Design and develop AI-driven HR workflows to improve employee self-service and automate HR operations.
- Configure and customize HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, and HR Catalog items.
- Integrate Now Assist with Virtual Agent and Knowledge Management to improve HR query resolution and employee support.
- Work closely with HR business teams to identify automation opportunities and translate them into AI-enabled HR solutions.
- Configure Prompt Engineering, AI search capabilities, and contextual knowledge recommendations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Support implementation of AI governance, data security, and compliance standards related to Generative AI in HR processes.
- Collaborate with platform architects and developers to ensure scalable and secure AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
- Conduct platform configuration, testing, and optimization to improve HR service efficiency and user experience.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and best practices for Now Assist and HRSD capabilities.
Technical Skills required:
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform implementation and administration.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.
- Hands-on exposure to Now Assist / Generative AI capabilities within ServiceNow.
- Experience configuring Virtual Agent, Knowledge Management, and Employee Service Center.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes).
- Experience implementing HR workflows, lifecycle events, and employee service automation.
- Understanding of AI-driven knowledge management and conversational AI use cases.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and automation capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
