Job Title: Junior Creative Strategist / Brand Strategist / Content Strategist

Role Overview
We are looking for a curious, creative, and culturally aware individual to join our Creative Strategy team. As a Junior Creative Strategist, you will support the development of brand, content, and campaign strategies by combining consumer insights, digital trends, and creative thinking.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, internet culture, brands, storytelling, and understanding why people engage with content.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing creative, brand, and content strategies for clients across industries.
Conduct research on consumers, competitors, market trends, and digital culture.
Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, creator ecosystems, and viral content.
Support the creation of campaign briefs, content pillars, communication frameworks, and pitch presentations.
Collaborate with creative, social media, influencer, and client servicing teams to bring ideas to life.
Gather and analyze insights from campaigns, social listening, and audience behavior.
Help build strategic presentations, reports, and recommendation documents.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and new business pitches.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect trends, culture, and consumer behavior to brand opportunities.
Good presentation and storytelling skills.

Good to Have
Internship experience in marketing, advertising, content, social media, or research.
Familiarity with social media platforms, influencers, memes, and internet culture.
Experience creating content, managing pages, writing blogs, or running personal projects.
Basic understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing.
