Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Customer Experience (CX) Architec t to join our team and drive cutting-edge customer engagement and digital transformation initiatives.


Location: Bengaluru (Need LOCALS)

Experience: 10+ Years

Work Mode and Type: Hybrid and FTE


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture for SAP CX solutions, with a strong focus on SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2) and composable storefronts

• Define and implement Composable Commerce architecture leveraging APIs, microservices, and headless frontends

• Architect scalable solutions on SAP Commerce Cloud CCV2 (Cloud native / Kubernetes-based hosted environment)

• Design and integrate scalable systems across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party ecosystems

• Drive omnichannel commerce strategies, including web, mobile, and emerging digital touchpoints

• Act as a client-facing architecture lead, driving solution vision, roadmap, and design discussions with stakeholders

• Translate business requirements into scalable, cloud-ready, future-proof architectures

• Establish architecture governance, standards, and reusable design patterns across programs

• Lead and manage cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring alignment across architecture, development, QA, and DevOps

• Mentor and coach technical teams, driving engineering excellence and ownership culture

• Lead architecture/discovery workshops, solution reviews, and executive-level presentations

• Evaluate and implement GenAI and AI-driven personalization use cases in CX and Commerce


Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2)

• Proven experience with Composable Storefront (Spartacus) or modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React)

• Deep understanding of API-first, microservices, and event-driven architecture patterns

• Experience with SAP BTP, CPI, and integration technologies (REST, OData, SOAP)

• Expertise integrating SAP CX with SAP S/4HANA / ECC

• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, containerized deployments, and scalability patterns (Kubernetes-based environments in CCV2)

• Proven experience in client-facing architecture roles, including stakeholder management and solution alignment

• Experience leading distributed teams and large-scale enterprise delivery programs


Nice to Have:

• SAP Commerce / SAP CX certifications

• Experience across SAP CX suite:

o Sales Cloud

o Service Cloud

o Customer Data Cloud (CDC)

o Engagement Cloud

o Customer Data Platforms (CDP)

• Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, recommendation engines in commerce

• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
