Job Title: Senior SAP GRC & Security Consultant\nExperience Level: 7+ Years\nLocation: Hyderabad\nCompany: ToggleNow\nApply Here: Apply Link\nImmediate Joiners Preferred\n\nRole Overview\nToggleNow is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Security & GRC Consultant with 7+ years of expertise to lead SAP Security and SAP GRC Access Control implementation projects, including Brownfield S/4HANA conversion programs .\n\nKey Responsibilities\nEnd-to-end implementation of SAP Security & GRC Access Control for ECC / S/4HANA systems.\nDrive security activities during Brownfield S/4HANA conversions, including role redesign and remediation.\nCollaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into robust security role designs.\nDesign and build roles in PFCG (single, derived, composite) with organizational structuring.\nConfigure and implement SAP GRC modules: ARA, ARM, EAM (Firefighter), BRM .\nDeploy and configure SAP GRC AC embedded in S/4HANA.\nConduct SoD analysis, risk identification, mitigation control design, and remediation.\nReview, customize, and validate rulesets for accurate risk analysis and reporting.\nConfigure MSMP workflows and BRF+ rules for access request management.\nTroubleshoot authorizations using SU53, ST01, SUIM and support functional teams during testing.\nDeliver across all project phases: Blueprint, Realization, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-live, and Hypercare.\nPrepare audit-ready documentation (role matrix, SoD reports, firefighter process docs).\nCoordinate with Basis, functional teams, auditors, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance.\n\nRequired Technical Skills\nStrong hands-on experience in SAP Security (ECC / S/4HANA).\nExpertise in SAP GRC Access Control 10.x / 12.x.\nProven track record in Brownfield S/4HANA conversion projects.\nDeep knowledge of ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM modules.\nExperience in configuring GRC AC embedded in S/4HANA.\nSolid understanding of SoD concepts, access governance, and risk management.\nStrong role design, build, and testing support experience.\nExcellent troubleshooting skills and communication abilities.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExposure to SAP S/4HANA Security and SAP Fiori Security (Catalogs, Groups, Spaces).\nExperience in GRC ruleset updates, access review processes, and compliance reporting.\nSAP Security / SAP GRC certification is a plus.\n\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to work on enterprise-scale SAP Security & GRC implementations and Brownfield transformations.\nCollaborative and supportive team environment.\nCompetitive compensation and career growth opportunities.\nContinuous learning and skill development.
