Job role :

Handling 7 to 10 people and 2 bank-to-bank-branch team under a cluster manager.

Drive a culture of recognition to accelerate revenue generation in the channel.

Ensure operational effectiveness & control, workflow compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Ensure Talent attraction, retention & development & reduction in of cost of operations & manpower.

Drive a culture of recognition to motivate team members & accelerate revenue generation in the cluster.

Collaborates with the objective to support and contribute to bank strategy
