We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to join a dynamic Application Management Services (AMS) team, supporting global finance operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned SAP professional who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, resolving complex issues, and delivering high-quality support and enhancements in SAP Finance and Controlling.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for SAP S/4HANA FI/CO modules within an AMS environment.
• Manage and resolve incidents related to:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Analyze, configure, test, and deploy change requests and system enhancements.
• Support and maintain OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) , including configuration, testing, and user support.
• Assist with statutory, management, and financial reporting requirements.
• Maintain controlling structures, including cost centers, profit centers, and internal orders.
• Collaborate with MM, SD, HR, and GRC teams to ensure seamless cross-functional integration.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to finance teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience , including SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong functional expertise across FI and CO processes.
• Proven experience in AMS/support projects, including incident and change management.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText VIM (configuration, testing, and support).
• Solid understanding of financial accounting and controlling business processes.
• Experience supporting financial reporting and month-end/year-end activities.
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, HR, and GRC modules.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within international, cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in global AMS engagements.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications for Finance.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation projects.
• SAP FI/CO certification.
