Job Title: SAP Functional Consultant – Specification Management & Recipe Development

Experience: 5-15 Role Type: Full Time

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Specification Management and Recipe Development to support and enhance SAP-driven business processes. The candidate will play a key role in requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as an SAP Functional Consultant specializing in Specification Management and Recipe Development.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed SAP functional specifications.
• Configure, customize, and optimize SAP modules to meet business requirements.
• Support recipe creation, maintenance, and optimization within SAP systems.
• Manage and maintain specification data , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities .
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and provide ongoing support.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user manuals.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines .

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant .
• Hands-on expertise in Specification Management and Recipe Development .
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP PLM, SAP PP-PI, SAP QM , or related areas.
• Good understanding of manufacturing/production business processes .
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and system configuration .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• SAP certification (preferred).
• Experience working on end-to-end SAP implementation projects .
