Business Process Architect

We are looking for a Business Process Architecture Manager for establishing, governing, and optimizing enterprise-wide process architecture frameworks across business and operational domains. The role requires strong expertise in operational process mapping, process engineering, workflow optimization, and business transformation within Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Capital Markets environments .\nThe ideal candidate will work closely with business, operations, product, and technology stakeholders to analyze current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable future-state operating models that drive operational excellence, process standardization, and automation opportunities.\n\nResponsibilities\nEstablish, maintain, and govern enterprise-wide process architecture framework s and process governance model s across operational and business domains\nFacilitate discovery workshops with business, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to document, analyze, and optimize operational workflows and procedures\nDocument current-state (“As-Is” ) business processes and identify operational inefficiencies, process bottlenecks, manual dependencies, and fragmented workflows\nDesign and implement future-state (“To-Be” ) process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes\nLead process engineering and workflow optimization initiative s across operational and business functions\nTranslate manual operational activities, legacy workarounds, and fragmented workflows into structured business requirements, user stories, and automation opportunitie s\nDefine and support governance of business analysis and process engineering standards, methodologies, and best practice s\nDrive operational process mapping and transformation initiatives across functions including:\nClient onboarding and account opening\nTrading operations and trade lifecycle management\nReconciliation and settlement\nRegulatory and management reporting\nInvestment servicing and operational support function\nCollaborate closely with business, operations, product, and technology teams to drive process standardization, operational scalability, and continuous improvemen t\nPartner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation, digitization, and operational transformation\nEnsure process documentation, controls, and governance frameworks are aligned with organizational objectives and compliance requirements\nSupport enterprise transformation programs by aligning business process improvements with strategic goals\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree i n Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related discipli ne\n7+ years of experien ce in business process architecture, process engineering, business analysis, or operational transformation roles\nStrong experience withi n Wealth Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Financial Services operational environmen ts\nProven expertise in documentin g As-Is / To-Be process mode ls, process re-engineering, workflow optimization, and operational transformation initiatives\nStrong understanding of operational workflows acros s onboarding, trading operations, reconciliation, settlements, reporting, and investment servicing functio ns\nExperience facilitating stakeholder workshops, requirements elicitation sessions, and operational discovery exercises\nDemonstrated experience translating manual processes, operational inefficiencies, and legacy workflows into structured business requirements and automation opportunities\nStrong understanding o f business analysis methodologies, process governance frameworks, and process engineering best practic es\nExperience working collaboratively wit h business, operations, product, and technology tea ms in enterprise-scale transformation initiatives\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and presentation skill\nExperience with process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Signavio, ARIS, or similar) is preferred\nProfessional certifications i n Business Analysis, Process Management, Lean Six Sigma, or B PM are considered an advantage
