Latinum is looking for a seasoned HRO Transformation Leader for our client, with a strong solution mindset to drive end-to-end HR transformation initiatives. The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and delivering innovative digital HR solutions while leading large-scale transformation programs across global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HRO transformation initiatives including solution design and delivery.
- Conceptualize and implement digital transformation roadmaps for HR processes.
- Drive customer engagement, solution design, and change management to meet business objectives.
- Deliver transformation across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle using digital, analytics, and automation solutions.
- Lead implementation of AI/ML, GenAI, RPA, and chatbot-based platforms .
- Partner with IT teams to evaluate, select, and deploy HR technology platforms.
- Manage complex, multi-workstream programs from strategy through execution.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and benefits realization .
- Drive systems integration to enable seamless HR service delivery.
Required Skills & Competencies
Must-Have
- 15+ years of experience in the HRO outsourcing industry , with at least 8+ years in large HR transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in HR technology platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD.
- Proven experience in digital transformation , automation, and analytics solutions.
- Strong project and program management skills .
- Ability to lead client engagements and stakeholder interactions .
- Experience in process reengineering, operating model design, and value chain mapping .
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
