Tech, (ECE)EEE, EE/Diploma in Technical Role & responsibilities 1.Project Planning and Scope Management: This includes defining project objectives, developing a project plan, identifying project deliverables, and managing the project scope throughout its lifecycle. 2.

Resource Management: This involves identifying and acquiring the necessary resources (human,financial, and material) to execute the project successfully. It also includes resource allocation, scheduling, and tracking to ensure efficient utilization of resources. 3.

Time Management: Project managers are responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, setting deadlines, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones. 4. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them is a crucial aspect of a project manager's role.

This includes conducting risk assessments, implementing risk mitigation plans, and monitoring risks throughout the project. 5. Stakeholder Management: Project managers need to effectively communicate and engage with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, senior management, and external partners.

This involves managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring effective collaboration and communication. 6. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the project deliverables meet the required quality standards is another important KRA.

This includes defining quality metrics, conducting quality reviews, and implementing corrective actions to address any deviations from the expected quality. 7. Budget and Cost Management: Project managers are responsible for creating and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project remains within the allocated budget.

This includes cost estimation, cost control, and financial reporting. 8. Change Management: Projects often encounter changes in requirements, scope, or other aspects.

Project managers should effectively manage and communicate these changes to the project team and stakeholders, ensuring proper documentation, impact assessment, and implementation. 9. Communication and Reporting: Project managers need to facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management.

They are responsible for providing regular project status updates, preparing progress reports, and conducting project reviews. 10. Leadership and Team Management: Project managers are responsible for leading and motivating the project team, promoting collaboration, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and resources to perform their tasks effectively.

Skills Required: For AV 1. Must have technical knowledge on Audio visual products. 2.

Must have knowledge in AV product programming (crestron, extron, lutron, kramer, rti,) 3. Willing to travel pan India as per project requirement 4. CTS certification is preferable.

 Experience in the field of AV/ ELV/IT  Presentable and mindful  Project Delivery • After sales • Programming •  Programmer • Knowledge of Audio Programming Biamp, BSS  Leadership Qualities  Self-initiator Keen to learn the new and emerging technologies of the industry  Great educational background, preferably in the fields of Electrical or engineering.  Proven working experience as a project administrator in the AV/ELV/IT.  Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in Project Deliveries.

 Excellent client-facing and internal communicational Skills.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills  PMP certification is a plus Candidates from Audio Visual/ IT/ELV Industry will be preferred.
