Are you passionate about corporate sales and delivering exceptional event experiences? Join us as a Lead – Corporate Sales (MICE) & Client Servicing and drive growth in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) space!

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Experience: 2–10 years in Corporate Sales / MICE

Employment Type: Full-time



Key Responsibilities
  • Drive corporate sales for MICE business , acquiring new clients across industries
  • Manage end-to-end client servicing for events, conferences, and incentive programs
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
  • Develop customized proposals, presentations, and event solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, event management, vendors) for seamless execution
  • Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract closures
  • Track sales pipeline, revenue targets, and client feedback
  • Stay updated on market trends, venues, and competitor offerings in the MICE industry



Requirements
  • Proven experience in corporate sales within MICE / events / hospitality industry
  • Strong network with corporate clients and decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value clients and projects simultaneously
  • Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
