Experience: 2–10 years in Corporate Sales / MICE

- Drive corporate sales for MICE business , acquiring new clients across industries
- Manage end-to-end client servicing for events, conferences, and incentive programs
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
- Develop customized proposals, presentations, and event solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, event management, vendors) for seamless execution
- Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract closures
- Track sales pipeline, revenue targets, and client feedback
- Stay updated on market trends, venues, and competitor offerings in the MICE industry
- Proven experience in corporate sales within MICE / events / hospitality industry
- Strong network with corporate clients and decision-makers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-value clients and projects simultaneously
- Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
