Job Description:
Role Summary:
The Business Analyst will drive the migration of legacy Documaker forms and document generation processes to the SmartCOMM platform, ensuring accurate transformation, seamless integration, and alignment with business communication requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze existing Documaker templates, batch processes, and document composition workflows
• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements for SmartCOMM migration
• Translate Documaker forms, rules, and logic into SmartCOMM-compatible templates and workflows
• Develop data mapping (XML/JSON) between legacy systems and SmartCOMM outputs
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and CCM developers to redesign forms and communication flows
• Support API-based integrations (SmartCOMM)
• Create process flows, BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications
• Facilitate UAT, validate generated outputs (PDF/IDX), and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities during migration
• Provide documentation, training, and post-implementation support
