Full Stack Developer

Summary:

Mid-level Application Developer contributing to core sprint delivery within the AI-agentic development model. Works under the direction of the Senior Developer and Architect to implement Enhance-category Shipping Notice types, Credit Memo and Debit Memo modules, and new module features. Reviews and validates Claude Code output, writes unit tests, and maintains sprint velocity targets.

Responsibilities:

• Implement user stories in Angular 21 frontend and Spring Boot 4.x backend by directing Claude Code and reviewing generated output before merge.
• Deliver Enhance-category Shipping Notice types, Credit Memos, Debit Memos, and assigned new module features.
• Write unit tests per story (AI-assisted, developer-verified) to maintain ≥80% code coverage CI gate.
• Execute integration test cases verifying API-to-database paths.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to retrospective KPI improvement actions.
• Follow quality warden constraints: architecture, security, process, and integration guardrails enforced in real time.
• Support fix-verify loops during UAT: assess, fix, and return defects for re-verification within sprint cadence.
• Contribute to regression test execution after each UAT fix cycle.

Requirements:

• 3 years of full-stack development experience with Java/Spring Boot and Angular.

Required Skills:

• Java 17 and Spring Boot development: REST APIs, Spring Data JPA.
• Angular / TypeScript frontend development.
• PostgreSQL or comparable relational database development.
• Git workflow, pull request review, and CI/CD pipeline usage.
• Test writing: JUnit unit tests and basic integration test experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools.
• OAuth 2.0 / security implementation.
• Rally or Jira story management.
• Experience on legacy modernization projects.
