Overview
- Interact with various technical teams as well as legal, service management, product, and other parts of the business that you may not have been exposed to yet
- Understand our CSO ecosystem thoroughly
- Learn more about other CXO products and teams

- Work on high-priority technical incidents and CSOs
- Represent the interests of our customers in technical discussions pertaining to CSOs
- Write and distribute internal and external communications regarding CSOs and scheduled maintenance periods
- Monitor CSOs and scheduled maintenance periods and update customers and internal teams
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) reviews post-CSO with the relevant technical staff
- Own the CFS process from draft to publication
- Answer questions regarding past incidents and maintenance periods acting as the middleman between various teams
- Learn many of Adobe’s solutions and products at a high-level
- Flawless communication skills, written and oral (English)
- High-level technical knowledge
- Ability to work with senior leaders and technical teams alike
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills
- Confidence in driving conversations with Adobe leaders
