About The Job:

• Experience: 8 Years
• This role focuses on ensuring the efficient delivery and oversight of network underlay services while managing the ordering and billing lifecycle to maintain cost accuracy and service quality.

Essential Job Functions:

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for underlay connectivity services.
• Support design validation and technical requirements with internal teams and providers.
• Ensure operational readiness and service acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate L2/L3 support for underlay-related incidents.
• Manage underlay projects including site connectivity and upgrades.
• Track project milestones and delivery evidence.
• Coordinate purchase requests in SRM7.
• Ensure accuracy in ordering details and cost allocation.
• Maintain a consolidated view of underlay spend.
• Validate invoices against purchase orders.
• Handle discrepancies and coordinate invoice disputes.
• Ensure timely creation of service entry confirmations for payments.
• Produce regular reporting on delivery and billing status.
• Propose continuous improvements to enhance supplier performance.

Qualifications:
Must Haves:

• Strong experience as a Network Underlay SME.
• Experience coordinating suppliers in an operational environment.
• Proficiency in SRM7 / SAP SRM and procure-to-pay processes.
• Experience in invoice validation for telecom/network services.

• Experience in technical project management.
• Understanding of telecom regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with service level agreements (SLAs).

• Location: Koregaon Park, Pune.
• Work Model: Hybrid working (3 days a week in office).
• Work Hours: CET Time zone with On Call support.
