About The Client:

Client is a life insurance company in India. The firm offers life insurance products targeted at individuals and groups, catering to four distinct segments: protection, children, retirement and investment plans.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Renewals & Collection Delivery -Branch Operations and expert cell
  • Drive monthly renewal premium targets across allocated branches.
  • Monitor daily performance (allocation vs collection, spoken%, conversion%).
  • Ensure strong follow-up mechanisms for M0–M6 and deep lapse segments.
  • Lead campaigns such as retention, revival, ECS registration, and customer engagement.
Team Leadership & Productivity Management
  • Lead, coach, and manage 3 supervisors and ~60 CCEs for consistent performance.
  • Define clear KRAs/KPIs for supervisors and CCEs and track adherence.
  • Drive productivity metrics such as:
  • Call attempts per CCE
  • Unique contactability
  • Conversion ratios
  • Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, and performance interventions.
Performance Governance & KPI Management
  • Establish structured performance tracking (daily dashboards, scorecards).
  • Identify productivity gaps and implement corrective action plans.
  • Drive accountability across supervisors for team output and quality.
  • Ensure alignment with defined KPIs and operational guidelines.
Process Excellence & Campaign Management
  • Ensure adherence to calling scripts, compliance, and quality guidelines.
  • Optimize campaign allocation (renewals, retention, ECS, customer servicing).
  • Drive system adoption for call management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with central teams for campaign rollouts and enhancements.
Stakeholder & Branch Management
  • Work closely with Branch Managers, Sales Teams, and Distribution to improve collections.
  • Ensure engagement with top advisors and key customer segments.
  • Drive branch ownership mindset for renewals delivery.
Training & Capability Building
  • Identify skill gaps and drive continuous training for supervisors and CCEs.
  • Ensure onboarding and ramp-up of new hires.
  • Build second-line leadership capability within the team.

Qualification Requirement
  • MBA
  • Relevant Work-experience
  • 12–15 years of experience in Life Insurance (Renewals / Retention / Operations)
  • Proven experience managing large teams (40+ CCEs) through supervisors
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Policy lifecycle & renewals
  • Customer retention strategies
  • Telecalling operations
  • Data-driven, execution-focused, and operationally strong
