• Provide admin support for these areas
  • Primarily - Content Server, Archive Center, Document Pipeline, Capture Center, Archiving, Document Access, Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
  • Good to have - Imaging Enterprise Scan, Imaging WebViewer, RightFax
• Providing server restart/monitor support during SAP patching/downtimes
• Monitoring of archive pipelines such that there are no pending documents to be processed
• Overall monitoring of server/applications
• Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with client Opextext counterpart
• Reach out to Vendor for critical issues/ticket follow ups and provide technical log
• Effective communication
• Good to have
