Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to oversee audiovisual installation projects across India. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end execution, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute AV installation projects nationwide.
• Supervise site readiness, installation teams, and commissioning activities.
• Review schematics and shop drawings, coordinate with CAD teams for revisions.
• Explain technical drawings and requirements to site engineers and stakeholders.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and provide regular project status reports.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of AV technologies (audio systems, video conferencing, digital signage, control systems).
• Ability to interpret and explain technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively as per project location.
• Proficiency in project management tools.

Qualifications:

• Education: BE in ECE, EEE, CSE, or ISE preferred.
• Certifications: CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I, or prime OEM’s certifications are considered an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 6–8 years in AV field, with proven experience handling sizable projects.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
