- Provide advanced technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical database issues, including performance bottlenecks, backup/recovery scenarios, and migration challenges.
- Implement and manage Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and DG Broker configurations.
- Utilize RMAN for efficient database backup and recovery processes.
- Monitor and optimize database performance using Oracle Enterprise Manager and other tools.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Perl, Python) and Ansible.
- Stay updated with Oracle engineered systems, such as Exadata, and Golden Gate replication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless database operations.
- Document and communicate technical solutions and best practices.
- Maintain a strong understanding of OS administration, virtualization, and storage technologies.
