Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute zone-wise sales strategies to meet business targets for gold loan products.
- Manage, lead, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers, Branch Managers, and Sales Officers.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities and partnerships to increase gold loan penetration.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide inputs for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and compliance standards.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and skill development programs for the sales team.
