Role Overview
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

We are a Chennai\-based IT solutions company seeking a <\/span><\/span>mid\-level Accounts & Finance Executive <\/span><\/span>to support and manage daily accounting and finance activities. The role requires hands\-on experience in accounting operations, taxation compliance, and cloud\-based accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n
• Manage <\/span><\/span>day\-to\-day accounting activities <\/span><\/span>including entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
  <\/li>\n
• Handle <\/span><\/span>Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable <\/span><\/span>functions
  <\/li>\n
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in closing activities
  <\/li>\n
• Manage <\/span><\/span>GST compliance <\/span><\/span>including returns, reconciliations, and documentation
  <\/li>\n
• Support <\/span><\/span>Income Tax filings, and statutory audits
  <\/li>\n
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure statutory compliance
  <\/li>\n
• Work on <\/span><\/span>cloud\-based accounting software <\/span><\/span>such as <\/span><\/span>Zoho Books <\/span><\/span>or similar platforms
  <\/li>\n
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in cash flow monitoring
  <\/li>\n
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and tax consultants

  Qualifications & Experience<\/b>

  • B.Com or M.Com<\/b> <\/span><\/span>with relevant accounting experience
    <\/li>\n
  • 4-5 years of experience<\/b> <\/span><\/span>in Accounting and Finance
    <\/li>\n
  • Working knowledge of <\/span><\/span>GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliances<\/b>
    <\/li>\n
  • Experience using <\/span><\/span>cloud\-based accounting tools<\/b> <\/span><\/span>(Zoho Books preferred)
    <\/li>\n
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
    <\/li>\n <\/ul>
