Job Description:
• Tools/Platform they should be knowledgeable are Smartsheet and Jira.
• Deliverables include:
o Offshore migration coordinator and offshore team project manager responsibilities
o Organizing and managing the offshore migration pod tasks (3-4 separate pods)
o Coordinating and communicating with workload stakeholders regarding their migrations in alignment with the onshore team
o Participating in cutover activities as planned
• Timezone:
The Offshore PM will work the typical Insight India hours, with an initial overlap to ET lunchtime. This schedule may flex depending on migration and team needs, but the plan is for the Offshore PM to handle migrations during their daytime in India.
