Sales Strategy Manager II

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and Co-own the annual capacity planning and quota setting process concerned with the supporting operating unit along with the Quota Business Partners
• Drive partnership between the systems automation team and business partners in finding opportunities for increased optimization and effectiveness in our existing processes and models
• Create global operational standards to improve the Quota team's internal processes for business validation, quota submission, and scalable tools
• As a member of this group, you will have immense opportunities to work with a broad range of cross-functional groups, you will be analyzing massive data sets, Ad-hoc reports, and supporting business operations
• Work with the Global PMO team to provide assistance for project/ program setup
• Proactively anticipate, identify, communicate, and resolve issues and risks which may impact the timelines

Requirements:

• 2+ years of work experience, ideally in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, or Finance, where business analysis and insights were in the DNA
• Experience in Excel/G Sheet, Database (SQL), Tableau, and Salesforce.com, ability, and enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan would be a strong asset
• Able to think critically and create scalable analytical models, Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and information to a broad audience
• Strong project management and organizational skills to prioritize workloads, manage multiple initiatives to completion, adjust to changes and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Able to build excellent rapport and collaborate with cross-functional teams
