- Handle end-to-end LOS activities including login, data entry, document uploading, and status tracking of loan cases.
- Coordinate with sales, credit, underwriting, risk, and other internal teams for issue resolution and case progress.
- Track discrepancies, rework cases, and ensure timely closure within defined TATs.
- Update system notes and MIS reports related to application status and processing.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Provide operational support during audits and system reviews.
- Identify process gaps, system issues, and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
- Willingness to work in flexible timings to support during month-end.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between various stakeholders, business users, IT teams, compliance officers, and senior management.
- Ability to analyse issues, perform root cause analysis
- Coordinate with the development team on issues raised by end users.
- Knowledge of test case preparation, scenario testing, and impact analysis.
- Training business users on new functionalities and processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in loan processing in Auto Loan or LOS support.
