Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst

About The Job:

• Total years of experience: 4 -7 Years
• We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst to support the optimisation of our TA processes, systems, and data quality.
• This role will report to the Global Talent Acquisition & Enablement Lead and will play a key part in improving how we use Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), enhancing data integrity, and reducing operational inefficiencies across the Talent Acquisition function globally.
• The focus of this role will be on data clean-up, process optimisation, and driving consistent adoption of TA systems and standards.

Essential Job Functions:

• Drive data quality and reporting optimisation initiatives by identifying inconsistencies across TA reports and improving accuracy, integrity, and usability of recruitment data.
• Ensure consistent adoption and compliant use of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) across recruiters and coordinators, including requisition management, interview feedback, and candidate tracking workflows.
• Conduct regular audits and analysis to identify gaps in system usage, implement practical process improvements, and support standardisation across the TA function.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, process documentation, and guidance materials to drive consistency, best practice adoption, and effective stakeholder enablement.
• Support broader Talent Acquisition initiatives, including candidate experience improvements, job description optimisation, internal mobility processes, dashboard adoption, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications:
Essential Traits:

• 4–7 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, Recruiting Analytics, or a similar operational excellence role.
• Strong experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) experience preferred.
• Proven ability to analyse data, identify inconsistencies, and proactively drive process and reporting improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take ownership of initiatives, and confidently suggest new ideas and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work aligned to UK business hours and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across different regions.
