- Selected employee will be required to work from the client location in Kochi. Resources are expected to follow India time day shift, working 5 days a week.
- The Deskside Support Engineer provides first-line technical support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and access-related issues. The role requires strong customer service skills, foundational technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
