Detailed Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leverage marketing systems and tools to the best possible extent and drive industry best practices for B2B enterprise marketing automation technology innovations.
  • Align with members of Marketing Ops, IT, and other stakeholders to maintain the integrity of the worldwide marketing automation business systems.
  • Be the subject matter expert for marketing automation teams, aiding usage, troubleshooting, configuration, and enablement.
  • Work closely with marketing product management and other teams, marketing stakeholders, and international counterparts to deliver solutions that can scale globally.
  • Supports, configures, tests, and troubleshoots applications and tools that enable marketing automation, lead management functions, and related business processes.
  • Work with the integration teams to design and develop interfaces/integration to and from salesforce.com/marketo and related internal and external systems.
  • Emphasize on Business Process Improvement and Automation of key marketing/sales and cross functional processes.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of related business analyst, marketing automation applications, preferably Marketo and integration experience, including cross-functional processes. SalesForce administrator experience is a plus.
  • CRM certifications with Marketo & Salesforce (strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of data hygiene and analytics
  • Exposure to marketing lifecycle and demand generation concepts, and related processes including marketing resource management, outbound marketing, activity management, lead scoring, lead nurture, and opportunity management.
  • Governance experience with large marketing automation, digital communication, CRM, or similar platforms
